Need recommendation for a vm software or any other way to run docker on a ubuntu server virtual machine on...
I have tried using docker on windows server 2016. However i was unable to run most containers there,as a result I am planning to install a virtual box or vmware and add ubuntu server image on it and run docker in that. Can anyone recommend any lighweight and free vm softwares besides the ones mentioned earlier? and also please suggest any other way to run linux containers on my windows server 2016. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
