Ubuntu 18.04 stuck while booting after expansion of hard disk capacity of VMware

1

I was using Ubuntu 18.04 on VMware normally. I increased the Hard disk (SCSI) to 50 GB and then it always stucks at booting and never starts.
This is the screen I get:Boot Problem

What is the problem? and how can I solve it?

Thanks, Really appreciate your help.
