Ubuntu Logs showing suspicious activity

i was lurking on ubuntu logs and saw this suspicious activity here , anyone have idea of what it means? i'm doing nothing, and this just appeared in my log, what could it mean? and why it does looks like someone is transferring local files to outside?, it's weird to see that ping
