伯纳姆陨石坑（Burnham）是位于月球正面中部地区的一座小撞击坑，其名称取自美国天文学家舍本·卫斯里·伯纳姆（1883年-1921年），1935年被国际天文学联合会批准接受。

月球轨道器4号拍摄的伯纳姆陨石坑
该陨坑西北毗邻阿尔巴塔尼环形山、东北偏东靠近里奇陨石坑、阿布·菲达环形山坐落在它的东侧、西南则是沃格尔陨石坑

该陨坑中心月面坐标为13°55′S 7°15′E / 13.92°S 7.25°E / -13.92; 7.25，
直径24.09公里[2]，深度约1.88公里[3]。
伯纳姆陨石坑外观不太规则，锯齿状的边缘向西南突出。陨坑西南及西北侧各有一处断裂口，其中西南峪口形成了一道长约15公里的峡谷。
陨坑壁平均高出周边地形800米[4]，内部容积约400公里³[4]。坑底表面崎岖不平，除陨坑外，无中央峰构造。
