How to make my VirtualBox VM's icon nicer than the red forbidden icon?

.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ margin-bottom:0;
}

Here is how my VM looks like in the dock when running in Ubuntu 19.04:

VirtualBox VM red icon

How can I change it to a nicer icon, at least something that does not look like a fatal error?

    It's called the launcher in the previous unity which was a special dock. On Ubuntu is simply a dock where you "dock" your apps (shortcuts) to it.
