Ubuntnu 18 freeze while using Chrome
When I am using chrome after some time system freeze. I don't know why it's happening with Ubuntu 18.04 LTS. I keep updating my system.

first try this trick
google-chrome --disable-gpu
if it runs ok follow this steps
1.Disable hardware acceleration in chrome settings
Steps:
Type "chrome://settings" in the URL bar, and then click "Advanced"
Untick "use hardware acceleration when available"
2.Disable GPU Rasterization
- Go to "chrome://flags"
- Disable "GPU Rasterization"
3.Check how Chrome uses memory (Shift + Escape) (OPTIONAL)
Extensions uses more memory too. If you find high memory usage in extensions (Adblockers are memory hogs), remove them too. That would help.
