two computers showing different online sources in Rhythmbox
Two computers, each running Ubuntu 18.04.1, each also running Rhythmbox 3.4.2, each with grilo media browser plugin installed. Each computer is hardwired to the same wireless router.
You can see in the attached screenshot from the two computers that the two instances on Rhythmbox show different "sources" #1 (toop) has a category called "shared", while #2 (bottom) has a category called "online sources" and another (not visible in the screenshot) called "other sources".
When I look at synaptic entries for what is installed for "Rhythmbox" and for "grilo" on each machine, it all looks identical. And yet, the two behave very differently.
Why are there two different lists? Why does #1 not show what #2 shows? How do I make #1 show everything #2 sees, and make the two be the same?
