Where can you provide feedback or feature-requests to Ubuntu?

I know this question has been asked before, but these questions were asked back in 2011-12 and the answers may be outdated in 2019? I have just started using Ubuntu Desktop 18.04 LTS and have subscribed to Ubuntu One and I am not sure where to post feedback or feature requests to Ubuntu where they will be seen and considered by developers?

Thanks for your super-fast response :) the link askubuntu.com/questions/28440/where-can-i-send-feature-requests was asked 8 years ago and was last active nearly 4 years ago, if you are confident that the answer(s') are still relevant in 2019 then maybe you can mark it as a duplicate, though I am stil unclear as to which of the 3 answers provided I should follow, the last one with 3 votes seems like the right one, since it states this as the preferred method in the Ubuntu Documentation?

Also perhaps if this question was not marked as a duplicate and answered, then this would have the advantage of clarifying that this is the most up to date and preferred method of providing feedback and feature requests?
