Probably not. It's an Android device, and you likely can't simply install Ubuntu on it.

Ubuntu ARM is specially for android, or i'm wrong? There is a lot of manuals in the web about how to install Ubuntu instead of Android

No. Ubuntu ARM is for ARM devices, in general. And there is no ISO for Ubuntu on ARM, because every ARM based device is different, and they do not work like traditional x86 PCs. Most have custom bootloaders, and require custom kernels with proprietary drivers (so you can't use latest upstream kernel), and are filled with proprietary hardware. What you'd want here is Ubuntu Touch, though a port for that device would be required, and is unlikely because it's a random Chinese Mediatek based device, for which kernel/vendor trees tend to not get published.

That is for the x86 Intel based tablets, not ARM tablets.
