Problem in downloading torrent files from specific network? [on hold]

I can download torrent files using my mobile hotspot in my laptop with the help of transmission, but whenever i connect my laptop to the college network, downloading remains 0%,

because my college blocked torrent .


How can i download torrent files using transmission or any other app with my college network ?
