Stuck on Ubuntu Terminal

0

I lost my original ubuntu download which I didn't think would be a issue. I tried uninstalling some broken packages from synap and it ended up deleted EVERYTHING so I tried to run a old recovered mode but i'm stuck on the terminal and I can't get back to my original screen where I log in.

  • The easiest way to recover from this kind of a situation (deleting everything) is to re-install the OS. You will need a USB flash drive. If you have a 2nd computer, use it to make Ubuntu install media. You can recover your files from a live session.
