Inspiron 531 Compatibility

System currently running WinXp. Can't afford new system or new version of Windows. Want to dual boot Ubuntu. What is the latest version that I can use with my system? (Note: I don't use it for anything fancy, some home office tasks and media streaming.)

Configuration: AMD Sempron LE 1300 2.31GHz, 4GB Ram. Plenty of disk space.

Possible duplicate of How do I find out which version and derivative of Ubuntu is right for my hardware in terms of minimal system requirements? -- ie. download, write them to a usb-thumb-drive & test it on your actual hardware. I was testing Xubuntu & Lubuntu 19.04 using various 1-2ghz single-core 1gb ram laptops until last month when x86 (32bit) was dropped for those flavors. I've never tried Ubuntu GNOME on those machine (but wouldn't want to)
