Ubuntu 14.04 Taking too much time to boot and screen is blinking continuously before startup
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ margin-bottom:0;
}
In ubuntu 14.04 the screen is continuously blinking before the startup and its taking more than 2 minutes for boot. This issue is persisting after upgrade and update.
Here i'm adding the picture of boot screen
I have no idea why this is happening my PC is dual boot with windows. Any assistance regarding this issue will be helpful.

Ubuntu 14.04 LTS reaches EOL tomorrow (25-April-2019 it changes to 14.04 ESM) or 30-April-2019 on an earlier Canonical blog (2014.04 + 5 years = 2019.April) so I'd not worry about a slow booting system unless you're paying for Ubuntu Advantage & intend on keeping it [as ESM]. I'd suggest you instead think about the upgrade to a supported release (are there are things you can trim, etc to make your release-upgrade step simpler that may also help speed)
