mouse cursor freezes while uploading files in ubuntu 16.04
It is so weird that my mouse cursor freezes during uploading in ubuntu 16.04. It happens either during the file uploading with web pages and or uploading to remote computer in Terminal. Recently I replaced the old mouse with a new one (rapoo). Both of them are wireless. Nothing happens when I switched to the old one. I was afraid of there may be something wrong with the new mouth. So I bought a logitech wireless mouth. It doesn't work either. It is reasonable to believe that some configuration need to be modified when I use a new mouth.
