Ubuntu 16.04 apt failed : SECURITY: URL redirect target contains control characters, rejecting

all

I meet a problem with "sudo apt update"

SECURITY: URL redirect target contains control characters, rejecting.

So, I have tried use :

sudo apt update -o Acquire::http::AllowRedirect=false

sudo apt upgrade -o Acquire::http::AllowRedirect=false

apt update && apt-get install apt

And also update my apt to version 1.2.29ubuntu0.1 ,But it doesn't work

I wanna ask how can I solve this problem? I can't install any package with apt

Thanks a lot!
