ValueError: 'GH3OH' is not in list
I try to run makerate using python, but i get this error , i checked all input files but didn't get the source of error .this is the whole massage
that i get:
File "MakeRates.py", line 84, in
evap_lists(filename,speciesList,evaptypes,bindener)
Functions.py", line 19, in evap_lists
j=species.index(species[i][1:])
ValueError: 'GH3OH' is not in list
can any one tell me what is the problem with that plz?
