Failed to install Karmic (9.10)

I'm running on Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS
when i try to type:
sudo aptitude install kvm libvirt-bin ubuntu-vm-builder bridge-utils
in the terminal i get this:
kvm

Do you have aptitude installed? Why not just usesudo apt install …Why Karmic?

You post relates to an uninstalled program (aptitudeisn't installed by default) so I don't see how it relates, esp. with your tag of 'kvm' Please don't provide pictures of text, but copy/paste the text into your question.
