Ubuntu 16.04: blank desktop wallpaper after boot-up
.everyoneloves__top-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__mid-leaderboard:empty,.everyoneloves__bot-mid-leaderboard:empty{ margin-bottom:0;
}
This is the text command-line interface.

An error is reported at boot-up. There is only the desktop wallpaper background and mouse cursor.

After restart my TX2 it boots to a blank desktop.

I'm new in this range.It will be very thankful if anyone can help with this problem.
My problem is quite different for whenever I try to use apt command to fix this problem,errors raise as follows.Should I solve errors about rsyslog and dpkg first?and…how?
16.04 boot
