How do i remove Admin password without grub
I am using Ubuntu gnome and we bought it without knowing the password (admin) but here is the thing, i cant get into grub/boot menu i don't know why, i have tried everything, can i remove the password without going to boot.
I need to install apps and update from Ubuntu Gnome 16.04
I am using an apple mac.

How can we determine that you "bought" rather than "stole"? First, you should ask the entity you got the computer from.
