Shortcuts or gnome-screenshots is extremely unresponsive
I have to press "Copy a screenshot of an area to clipboard" for a long time or multiple times to get a cursor to select an area. That's weird and uncomfortable. Either shortcuts are bad or gnome-screenshot fails.
I've been searching for an answers for hours. Neither of approaches worked for me. I remember that many years ago I faced this issue, but I don't remember how I solved it.
So is it any fix for this or normal screenshot program or DE that doesn't have such issues.
I'm on Ubuntu Budgie 18.10.
