科特蘭縣（Cortland County, New York）是美國紐約州中部偏西的一個縣。面積2,895平方公里。根據美國2000年人口普查，共有人口79,894。縣治科特蘭。


成立於1808年4月8日。縣名是紀念紐約州第一任副州長、制憲會議主席凡·科特蘭 (Pierre Van Cortlandt)。
