Mounting space of a free lv on home directory

0

First of all, I have to say I have googled but I couldn't understand what to do...
And I don't have knowledge about partitioning in linux... So I need to ask here.

Description: Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS

this is the output of vgdisplay:

  VG Name ubuntu-vg
System ID
Format lvm2
Metadata Areas 1
Metadata Sequence No 2
VG Access read/write
VG Status resizable
MAX LV 0
Cur LV 1
Open LV 1
Max PV 0
Cur PV 1
Act PV 1
VG Size <39.00 GiB
PE Size 4.00 MiB
Total PE 9983
Alloc PE / Size 1024 / 4.00 GiB
Free PE / Size 8959 / <35.00 GiB
VG UUID eavvC6-aTxe-LE5H-Zp1g-w76W-aKFL-gAvQu8

and here is the output of lvdisplay:

  --- Logical volume ---
LV Path /dev/ubuntu-vg/ubuntu-lv
LV Name ubuntu-lv
VG Name ubuntu-vg
LV UUID C3DRNm-THQC-LU6U-e0iz-mNBv-I3Bx-0bYl4P
LV Write Access read/write
LV Creation host, time ubuntu-server, 2018-08-29 12:44:22 +0430
LV Status available
# open 1
LV Size 4.00 GiB
Current LE 1024
Segments 1
Allocation inherit
Read ahead sectors auto
- currently set to 256
Block device 253:0

I just want to mount that unused 35g space to my home directory of my Ubuntu.

What should I do?

Thanks.
