Wi-Fi Hotspot to Disable
In our College, Lab is fully Equipped with Laptops.
During the University Practical examination, we disable our Internet Connectivity.
Now the problem is, students connect their Hotspot in lab and access the internet.
Is there a way to Disable this?

"students connect their hotspot in lab" ?? are they connecting to their mobile hotspot using your lab laptops? in this case disabling the wifi capability of laptop will do the thing rite? did i understood your question correctly? by the way which OS are the laptops having?
