Wi-Fi Hotspot to Disable

Multi tool use
In our College, Lab is fully Equipped with Laptops.
During the University Practical examination, we disable our Internet Connectivity.
Now the problem is, students connect their Hotspot in lab and access the internet.
Is there a way to Disable this?
