Kde: dual monitor when primary monitor is a touchscreen: calibration
I just moved from GNOME to KDE and have loved it, but one thing is causing me trouble. I am a teacher and regularly connect my laptop to many classroom screens as well as my external monitor at home.
My laptop has a touchscreen that also includes a pen and stylus. I use the pen and stylus regularly on the touchscreen.
On moving to KDE, however, the pen no longer automatically calibrates properly, and moves around some distance away or even on the external monitor when I touch my laptop screen either with my finger or the pen.
There have been suggested manual solutions to this, but I am switching screens all the time. Is it possible for KDE to be set up to automatically configure a range of monitors and inputs correctly, as GNOME and unity already do?
