Pyrit and AMD GPU…need some ideas

0

The command:
glxinfo|egrep "OpenGL vendor|OpenGL renderer"
Returns the following:
OpenGL vendor string: X.Org
OpenGL renderer string: Radeon RX 580 Series (POLARIS10 / DRM 3.23.0 / 4.15.0-46-generic, LLVM 6.0.0)

I want to believe that this means that the GPU is active.

However, the command:
pyrit list_cores
Reports this:
The following cores seem available...

1: 'CPU-Core (SSE2/AES)'

2: 'CPU-Core (SSE2/AES)'

3: 'CPU-Core (SSE2/AES)'

4: 'CPU-Core (SSE2/AES)'

Where is the GPU?

Any idea is welcome.
I have already spent 3 days trying to figure this out.
