Ubuntu no password glitch

0

I recently installed ubuntu on my computer and left it alone for a while. When i came back, it already showed the ubuntu login page. I didnt type any password so i looked up a fix. The web said just press enter, so i did. When i pressed the enter key, the password box and the unlock button dimmed for 3 second, then went back to its original light. It didnt say “Unlock failed” or anything like that, but just went back to [this].(https://i.stack.imgur.com/7ivYT.jpg) Thanks for your help! (I run ubuntu kde btw)
