Update Manager Issues regarding Google Earth on Linux Mint [on hold]

Any help regarding the following error would be greatly appreciated. I have tried some apt commands to clean it up but to no avail. I am running a Dell Latitude E6510 with Linux Mint 19. Thanks, in advance, for any assistance. John.
