Problem with certain SUPER keybindings on Kubuntu 18.04
On my Kubuntu 18.04 installation some super key combinations are not working. For example Super+V is sending the letters sv, and Super+Shift+E is sending the letters sE. This even happens on the login screen, and even using a different login manager. Any idea what is causing this?
