problem loading streaming videos in ubuntu 18.03

I've problems loading some kinds of videos, i'm not really sure if they are streaming videos, they load so slowly, but i don't know why. In my case they are videos from udemy. For doubts, i clarify that i don't have problems with normal videos, even if they are in a heavy format, HD, I've no problems with those loads.
