Modem Wireless Issue

I use Ubuntu Studio 18.04.2 LTS in two desktops PCs and in my Laptop PC.
I use an ADSL Nucom R5000UN modem which has a Wi-Fi (Wireless) connection. This device is set up and installed by the company which gives me Internet and Telephone services.
The issue is that when I use the desktop PCs, connected to that modem by the physical wire, I can navigate Internet in those PCs but not in my laptop through the Wireless connection.
I have to connect the laptop to the modem through a physical wire to use Internet (which is not the idea).
If I power-off the desktop PCs and/or disconnected them from the network physical wires, then I can navigate Internet with my laptop through wireless connection.
What is wrong here? How can I fix it?
