i booted windows to my usb and during the installation i got an error saying the hdd partition that i want windows to be installed on must be formatted to ntfs or something like that, that my issue idk how. The format icon in the installer is disabled
i dont want to dual boot just a straight windows

i dont know how to format the hdd to that type. that is the harddrive im using to be on this fourm

The installer knows how to format, you need to agree. You'll lose all your Ubuntu files.
